You ready you crafty little people in Hobart and Ipswich?
The Junk Weavers Inc. are about to come play in your backyard.
We are in Hobart for a “Make a coin purse” Masterclass on Saturday October 29, 2016, followed by another masterclass the following day on how to make flat-bottomed bags, followed by a “help me” session one night during the week. Details of the latter two workshops are only open to members. But check out our event page to register for our coin purse masterclass, then once you are a member, you can have details to the other advanced workshops – which are free of charge to you wonderful weavers who come to the coin purse workshop.
On the way home, Megan Bayliss is dropping into Ipswich (inland from Brisbane) to do a spot of guest speaking at Fire Station 101 Ipswich Innovation Hub and to run a coin-purse workshop there. If you want to come to that one registration details are on the Ipswich facebook event.
When you become a member of The Junk Weavers Inc. you get to attend all our workshops across Australia for free. Doesn’t matter if you join from NT. You can still attend one of our workshops while you are holidaying in Tas. Better still, if you are a recycled crafter, we want to run your recycled craft courses through The Junk Weavers Inc and pay you an hourly consultant fee. Interested? Talk to Megan Bayliss.
Keep talking garbage; I sure will.
