Megan Bayliss of The Junk Wave is coming back to Sydney (Narrabeen to help you design and make the next (non) Louis Vuitton Urban Handbag AND celebrate saving the environment (landfill and ocean) at the same time.
Queen of Green and global recycled craft advocate, Megan Bayliss, will teach you to weave a bag from plastic food packaging (yes, that is right – FOOD packaging saved from landfill! The one pictured is made from 208 Tony Ferguson Weight Management product packets).
Laugh if you want but the Louis Vuitton bag made from garbage (the Urban Handbag) sells for $150,000.00!
Book in (and pay) with a friend or two or three and EACH of you get $10.00 off the cost of the recycled craft tuition.
Flyer for Narrabeen workshop here.
In the spirit of being sustainable, please only print the flyer if you can place it on your notice board so that minimal trees are harmed in the advertising of these classes. Perhaps you can send this to your email contacts/friends instead of printing the flyer.
We are looking forward to your commitment to keeping your bins package free and saving the world from plastics in landfill and ocean ?
